**About the role**

The Safety and Quality Project Coordinator is responsible for performing project management and program support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality co-ordination of services provided by the Safety and Quality division of Clinical Engagement and Patient Safety.

Reporting to the Director of Safety and Quality, you will have the autonomy to work independently and the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including members of the eHealth executive team.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- Provide a range of secretariat support and administrative services to Safety and Quality committees, including coordinating committee and design working group meetings, managing and coordinating the collection and collation of information, recording minutes of meetings, preparing presentations and reports and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and budgets and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established project management methodology and change management processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of outcomes.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans. Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
- Assist in maintaining and coordinating the Safety and Quality Risk Register, Workplans and issue log, negotiating across teams to ensure mitigation strategies are documented, log updated and all risks and issues are addressed and closed out/resolved.
- Assist in maintaining the program/project master schedule; this will include tasks such as integrating and updating requirements and tracking delivery dates, lags and barriers; ensuring those responsible for these work areas are updated.
- Identify, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and project co-ordination support to highly complex and large technical ICT projects in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Detailed understanding in project management frameworks and associated tools and change management processes relating to technical program/project delivery environments. This includes proven knowledge and capability in maintaining project schedules, risk and issues registers, identifying potential or actual project issues and seeking resolution through the appropriate channels.
- Highly developed organisational, planning and time management skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
