Are you looking for an opportunity to have an impact? We are currently looking for a Consumer Strategy Manager to join our Consumer division. The role will report to the Head of Consumer Strategy & Program Execution and be responsible for the development and delivery of our divisional strategy by contributing to the analysis, design and alignment of our business, divisional, and enterprise strategy, priorities, and initiatives. This is a pivotal strategic role with exposure to senior executives as well as exposure across all parts of the Consumer division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strong role in the development of a customer centred divisional strategy and business plan, bringing together customer insights, distribution, digital, marketing and customer experience to deliver customer and business value. Be part of a team that's dynamic, curious, collaborative and genuinely focused on making a real impact on the business to support its growth and evolution. **You'll be responsible for**: - Contribute to the development of the overarching Consumer divisional strategy by the delivery of strategic and financial analysis, deep dives, scenario analysis and strategy fact bases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key inputs into the divisional and business unit strategies including market segmentation, competition, regulatory change, product and service proposition, and growth strategies. - Generate insights from research and analysis to inform strategic decision making. - Support the annual strategic planning cycle within the Division including coordinating the process and timeline and consolidating business unit inputs into the divisional plan. - Contribute to the planning and execution of key strategic priorities and ensure the divisional portfolio of projects aligns to the AAL long-term vision and day-to-day operations across the Consumer Division. - Support strategic planning and prioritisation to deliver the strategy and define the roadmap to our ambition - Contribute to the preparation of reports for the Divisional Leadership Team, Executive, Board Committees and the Board **Important to your success**: - You’ll have a tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Finance or related discipline with relevant accreditations. - You’ll have previously worked within an in-house strategy team, consultancy or within a role that performed strategic planning - Demonstrated understanding of strategy frameworks and the development of strategies in complex organisations. - You’ll have demonstrated strategic thinking and financial analysis skills. - You’ll have a proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes. - Demonstrated track record in interpreting and analysing complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence. **What's on offer?** What matters to you, matters to us too.
