**About the Role**:
To help us spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, we are on the hunt for someone who always puts our customers first by providing us with insights to build marketing strategies which help us Enchant the World with **Chocolate.** As Consumer Insights Manager, we will be relying on you to provide the business with the consumer insights that will allow us to build the Lindt brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- For embedding the consumer culture in to our marketing strategies to drive the Lindt business.
- Effectively manage quantitative and qualitative studies (both continuous and ad-hoc), including issue identification, briefing, results facilitation and embedding insights into strategy.
- Analyse and synthesise learnings from research, drawing strategic conclusions, and recommendations that are meaningful.
- Collaborate and communicate research insights from multiple data sources effectively to relevant cross functional stakeholders in an impactful and engaging way.
- Work closely with brand teams on project success criteria and provide post evaluation of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Category Development Manager to develop long term consumer insights agenda to address key knowledge gaps. Create and maintain an insights “library” as a key business resource.
- Manage facets of the Insights budget to ensure the greatest impact of spend while maximizing outcomes across consumer insights, category, shopper and media.
- Manage relationships and service from insight agencies, identify opportunities to improve cost, speed & quality of consumer insights.

**What you will bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business/Commerce
- Marketing Assistant/Executive with 1-2 years experience who is ready for the next step in their career
- Exposure to marketing in a FMCG environment highly regarded
- Ideally experience with IRI and Quantium
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills - being clear, convincing and constructive.
- Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising)
- Competent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
