The Opportunity

As the Consumer Insights Manager, you’ll be passionate about leading business change through insights from both data analysis & consumer research. You’ll provide the dedicated insights for our Consumer Electronics (CE) division.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand their data and insight requirements, developing strategies and solutions to solve for their needs
- Proactively propose improvements, new concepts and process changes to optimise current data, analytics and insight environments
- Develop solutions that support marketing reporting for the business divisions, working to solve for effective reporting of Marketing ROI (MROI)
- Lead insights on strategic business decisions, by deriving market insight and consumer data that articulate and demonstrate the main challenges for the brand, product and channel to overcome
- Lead research activities that support the business on master-brand, and divisional objectives - including brand & reputation tracking, and CX

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of quantitative and qualitative market research experience. Experience of both agency and client side is preferred
- Project management experience
- Business sense, strategic thinking and a savvy understanding of data and consumers
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within fast paced environment
- Ability to manage and oversee budgets
