**About this opportunity**
As the Consumer Marketing Manager, ANZ you will oversee all consumer marketing initiatives for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) with the strategic goal of ensuring Invisalign is the brand of choice for potential patients.
The role will be responsible for planning and executing the consumer marketing strategy including brand marketing, consumer demand generation, digital marketing communications, websites, consumer lead nurturing and Public Relations. You will play a central role in localising and integrating the global brand into local markets, working closely with the regional marketing teams to bring best practice to the country and demonstrate an ability to execute new and innovative campaigns that can be leveraged across other regions.
The Consumer Marketing Manager will report to the Director Marketing, ANZ and collaborate with the Sr. Director, Consumer Marketing & Customer Experience, APAC as a key stakeholder.
**In this role, you will**
**Consumer Marketing Strategy and Execution**
- Be the brand, consumer, communications and website custodian ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
- Drive awareness, consideration and advocacy of the Invisalign brand by developing comprehensive consumer media and creative plans that form an end-to-end consumer journey, from initial interest, to consideration, to treatment and beyond.
- Develop and execute impactful, targeted media plans with a primary focus on digital channels including search, social and online video.
- Maintain an awareness of the competitive landscape, making recommendations on any adjustments to our consumer strategy.
**Performance Optimisation**
- Analyse and drive media performance across all media; manage local media agency relationship to optimise media spend and performance in order to achieve KPIs.
- Direct the consumer experience online into a lead nurturing program, including through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Invisalign Smile Concierge. Ensure lead volumes, quality and conversion are continuously monitored and optimised, implementing measures to continuously improve the conversion metrics.
- Monitor performance of Invisalign Smile Concierge channel to ensure performance is optimised and effectively supports Invisalign providers.
- Manage a rigorous reporting and analysis framework, ensuring the insights from these are implemented to optimise media, creative and enhance the consumer brand experience.
- Identify consumer trends, and actively stay current with industry best practices for consumer, digital and healthcare marketing.
**Stakeholder Management**
- Partner with the regional team to manage local launch plans, working closely with legal and regulatory teams.
- Manage the Invisalign Smile Concierge channel, working closely with the contact centre on best practice
- Understand the impact of consumer marketing for Invisalign providers, coordinating with the Professional Marketing team with supporting tools for practices to promote Invisalign.
- Autonomously manage the creative, media and PR agencies to ensure projects are well integrated.
- Participate and input into the ANZ corporate strategy, providing expertise on the Consumer function.
- Tightly manage the consumer budget ensuring accurate planning, reconciliation and accountability.
- Establish and support a culture that encourages collaboration and inclusiveness across the various functions.
- Be visionary and entrepreneurial. Must have the ability to challenge the norm in addition to the ability and energy to drive change and improvement in the organisation.
**In this role, you’ll need **
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing and experience in B2C and B2B2C marketing.
- Proven track record in managing consumer campaigns, with an emphasis on digital media at all stages of the consumer journey.
- 10+ years’ experience delivering highly successful consumer go-to-market, demand generation and growth strategies.
- Literacy in digital marketing principles, channels, platforms and analytics including SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI and social media platforms.
