Our client is a national retailer seeking a Senior Resource Manager to join their team to help recruit for one of their biggest projects. This will be an initial 6 months contract with ongoing extensions. Our client is looking at a hybrid model of work (1-2 days onsite, rest WFH)

**About the role**:

- Develop and implement resource management processes to ensure full visibility of demand v supply and entry and exits in line with partner agreements (SoWs) and program demands.
- Prepare and publish resource management reporting including capacity plan, resource schedules and adherence to budget, SoW risks etc.
- Work with streams to allocate and appropriately utilise resources.
- Hold regular resourcing reviews including adherence to budget, utilisation rates, expected demands and any identified risks.
- Work closely with Program, Stream and Finance leads in a partnership capacity
- Act as the conduit between the program and required onboarding/offboarding activities ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences.
