And most importantly we have fun together. **About the Role**: Ogilvy Melbourne is currently looking for a Creative Resource Manager to manage the tools and resources required to resource workflow through the creative department. To uphold and safeguard all processes and ensure work is produced of the highest possible standard within the parameters of budget and time. **Key Responsibilities**: **People** - Central point of contact for job status within the Creative Dept - Ensure allocation of work to Creatives considers resource availability and skill and ensure they have a balanced workflow - Supporter and facilitator of the Creative Process (briefing, reviews and approvals) to manage Account Service expectations and ensure a high integrity to agency and client - Ensure all problems are discussed and resolved as quickly as possible to maintain workflow and discourage bottlenecks - Alert management of any issues that appear on a specific account or department that may jeopardise the smooth execution of a campaign - Establish active and strong relationships with your Creative Team(s) - Ensure resourcing of work is calm and smooth and that relationships are built and maintained daily **Process** - Support the wider network of Ogilvy Creatives and borderless approach - Be the point of contact for all new creative briefs (and debriefs) in the agency - Ensure agency procedure is being followed: correct briefing forms, rough timelines provided, brief approvals from Strategy/CD's/GADs, and tools and systems are bring used correctly. - Be responsible for creative booking and scheduling via Agency tools - Creative schedule updates to management where required - Communicate regularly with Account Service and Creative Departments to ensure workflow is on track and any internal problems are ironed out efficiently with positive outcomes - Liaise with Operations on utilisation of resources where required - Attend weekly or daily WIP meetings with Account Service teams to ensure work schedules are maintained **Reporting** - Daily or weekly meetings with Account Service, Creative and Production teams to discuss relevant WIP - Daily stand up meetings with wider network resourcing team - Regular meetings with Project Management - Attend any other relevant internal agency meetings/training as advised by Creative Operations Director and ECD **Qualifications & Skills**: - Relationship management - Good with people - Clear communicator - Clear thinker - Conflict resolution - Agency (or similar) background - Workflow and timeline management - Systems oriented - Collaborative - Resilient and determined - Confident - Friendly approachable and have a good sense of humour - Organised with meticulous attention to detail At Ogilvy you will live the agency values and behaviours on a daily basis - **Collaboration, Playfulness, Excellence, Courage and Curiosity.** **_ "When people are having fun, they produce better work" -_** David Ogilvy, Founder. **Recent Accolades**: - APAC Effies 2020/2021: Agency of the Year - APAC Effies 2020: Network of the Year - IPA Effectiveness Award & Specialist Award Winner 2020 - Australian Business Awards 2018/19/20: Employer of Choice - Campaign Asia 2019: Creative Agency of the Year - Campaign Asia 2019: Best Place to Work Asia Pacific - Effie Awards 2012/13/16/19: Most Effective Agency Network **Please note**:All applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
