In the role of **Advisor Support / Desk Assistant**, you will join **the Wealth Management**that’s doubling down on **winning together**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Deliver high-level admin support and respond efficiently to client queries
- Maintain client accounts and manage compliance documentation
- Manage Salesforce updates, reporting, and event coordination
- Assist in preparing financial advice documents and marketing collateral

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience in a professional services or client-facing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A general interest in and understanding of financial markets
