**About the Role**

An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join their dedicated HR team to support and deliver best-practice HR support, whilst effectively contributing towards the achievement of the organisation's vision and purpose.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Advisor is responsible for managing their own portfolio across the full employee lifecycle and HR cyclical activities, with a large ER/IR focus, so it is important for the individual to possess case management experience within a highly regulated environment.

**About You**

This role is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor who is experienced in supporting and managing a client group, with a particular focus in ER/IR, or someone looking to take a step up in their career to a more Junior HRBP level and having ownership of a client group.

You will be a strong HR Generalist, with a passion for ER/IR and the desire to provide exceptional HR support across your client group and the wider business. You will possess strong ER/IR experience, including case management.

You will ideally come from a NFP background to appreciate the nature of the business. It is highly desirable if someone possesses Disability Industry experience and being familiar with the SCHADS Award.
