**About CDK Stone**

Across our 35-year history, we have been importing premium natural stone, high quality tools and equipment, and cutting-edge stone processing machinery. Providing total support to the stone industry, they have a team of technicians who install, maintain and repair this sophisticated machinery.

With a national presence and head office in Moorabbin, we are now looking for their next Service Coordinator to join the team.

**About You**

Being in a call centre has meant that you enjoy communicating with customers, displaying empathy and building strong relationships. Also, you love digging deeper, seeking to understand, and coordinating the delivery of solutions to customer problems. In saying that, you have found your previous roles have not allowed you to fully utilise these strengths and you’re looking for the next opportunity that will.

Given your experience over the phone, you no doubt have a clear, calm and collected demeanour when speaking with customers, and your ability to multitask is second to none.

**About the Role**

The goal for this position within the machinery department is to ensure the coordination of the end to end delivery of service requests from highly valued customers and remain the first point of contact.

You will add significant value by:

- Being the first point of contact for customers, promptly supporting them throughout their service request
- Investigating and understanding what possible issues are occurring with the machinery
- Accurately assess customer needs and log them into the CRM system
- Liaising with technicians and ensure they are fully supported and properly equipped for each sight visit
- Providing ongoing service updates to customers throughout the entire request
- Enjoying the satisfaction of solving the customers problem
