Nature of position: 6 Months / Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Collins St, Melbourne (Flexible work arrangements available)

Reporting Line: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.
- Make phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for our meter technicians.
- If required, seek technical clarification about a work order from field supervisors/QA team to identify the triage action.
- Coordinate technician availability with the work allocation team.
- Accurate data entry in client's systems and Excel sheets.
- Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager.
- Strong focus on compliance and problem-solving.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 months in a customer service, administrative or technical support role is essential.
- Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- High level attention to detail and proactively meet deadlines.
