Job Description Summary

Service Stream is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the completions team to assist with the monitoring of completions artefacts
About the Role
- Overall management and coordination, and completion of documentation in accordance with client standards
- Assist in the review of the completion requirements to ensure adherence to all standards
- Work with clients and sub-contractors to ensure all groups are aligned with the requirements of completions.
- Coach, support and mentor Service partners to ensure delivery is maintained
- Assist in the rectification of issues and queries
- Support the wider project team by assisting in the reviewing and updating of project status, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing delays
- Assist in the analysis of trends and escalating issues
- Assist in the analysis and management of the completion commitment dates with the project schedule
- Review and critique Construction Partner updates prior to entering into the schedule.
- Drive the rectification of defects pre and post request of completion
