Personal Assistant to Gm Marketing

We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant to support a busy General Manager of Fundraising & Marketing, at an CBD based not-for-profit orgnanisation. This is initially a temporary position that could go permanent for the right person.
This role supports a high performing member of the Executive team, who needs an extra pair of hands to organise her busy day. The Director and team are supportive, passionate and professional and are looking for someone to join their team that embodies these qualities too.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Diary management and scheduling
- EA administrative duties including preparing presentations, Board papers, creating agendas and minute taking
- Booking National and International travel through agencies
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders
- Ad hoc administration and project work
**About you**:
- Demonstrated experience in a PA or Senior Administrator position
- A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and helping others
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
