We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our General Manager of Commercial Property Marketing.

**About the Role**:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be supporting the General Manager and their team with administration, communication and information/workflow management.

This is a diverse role that will require excellent initiative and a keen ability to effectively prioritise and manage a range of competing tasks. Our Commercial property Marketing team is a fun and inclusive team that works collaboratively to deliver on Stockland’s Strategy.

Based at our Sydney office on Castlereagh Street, the role offers flexibility to balance working between the CBD office and home.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Perform diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management
- Provide a warm and helpful interface between the General Manager and key stakeholders
- Collecting and maintaining files, records and project files
- Drafting, formatting, and collating presentations and internal communications
- Acting as the professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with timely invoice payments, expense and budget management, and other ad-hoc administration

***To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a PA or Team Assistant role. Your love for coordinating and organizing, and your desire to go above and beyond for your stakeholders are the qualities that make you great at what you do. With exceptional attention to detail, you are proactive in identifying solutions, committed to achieving quality outcomes and can naturally prioritise a busy work schedule. With excellent communication and MS Office skills, you are someone who builds trusting working relationships with your peers, managers, and stakeholders.
