We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support three General Managers in our Innovation, Marketing and Technology function in Sydney.

**The Opportunity**

As a Personal Assistant, you will be supporting three General Managers with administration, communication and information/workflow management.

This is a diverse role in a dynamic part of our business that will require excellent initiative and a keen ability to effectively prioritise and manage a range of competing tasks.

Based at our Sydney office on Castlereagh Street, the role offers flexibility to balance working between the CBD office and home.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Perform diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management
- Provide a warm and helpful interface between the General Managers and key stakeholders
- Collecting and maintaining files, records and project files
- Drafting, formatting, and collating presentations, reports and internal communications
- Acting as the professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Organising team events and celebrations
- Assisting with timely organisation of approvals, preparation of minutes and agendas, and other ad-hoc administration

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a PA or Team Assistant role. Your love for coordinating and organizing, and your desire to go above and beyond for your stakeholders are the qualities that make you great at what you do.

With exceptional attention to detail, you are proactive in identifying solutions, committed to achieving quality outcomes and can naturally prioritise a busy work schedule. With excellent communication and MS Office skills, you are someone who builds trusting working relationships with your peers, managers, and stakeholders.
