We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development of innovative campaigns to help shape the future of our brand across the ANZ Market.
**The Opportunity**
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the overarching brand strategy in alignment with our Annual Operating Plan (AOP). You’ll lead the development of marketing campaigns—including product innovation, communications, and activations—and guide cross-functional teams to bring the brand calendar to life.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams (retail marketing, operations, commercial, finance) and external partners (agencies, media, PR, licensing) to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that elevate Krispy Kreme’s presence both in-store and online.
In this fantastic role you will be responsible for:
Campaign Implementation
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans across all channels.
- Lead campaign development, briefing agencies, and managing creative execution.
- Drive digital innovation and audience engagement.
- Manage communication strategies across social, SEO, SEM, ATL & BTL.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies.
Strategy
- Co-develop short-, medium-, and long-term marketing strategies.
- Drive brand health KPIs and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Support revenue channel owners with strategic brand growth initiatives.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Innovation
- Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) strategy.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) processes for product launches.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
People Management
- Lead and develop direct reports to achieve strategic goals.
- Foster collaboration across the Marketing Team and broader business.
- You create and maintain effective professional relationships with Suppliers, External Partners, Colleagues, Field Leadership, Vendors, Key Community Contacts, Global Brand Team and the Executive Leadership Team.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business (preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of brand/marketing experience in FMCG, retail, or agency.
- Proven success in campaign planning and execution.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- A digital-first mindset and passion for customer experience.
