**Customer Service and Sales Support Officer**

**About EGR**:
**The Role**:
This role would be working with the Customer Service and Sales teams located in Darra, Brisbane. You would be working with our major brands including StyleLite, Stylelex, and Bliss QLD. This is an exciting role with endless potential

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform duties in line with the Sales Strategy
- Complete inventory checks and supply lead times
- Liaise with the Operations and Procurement teams regarding product availability for sales and shipments
- Process Warranty Sales Orders into QAD when provided by the Technical & Warranties Manager.
- Update the Warranties database when required, with Sales Order and ETA details.
- Liaise with the internal Cabinetry Supervisor or External Cabinet makers
- Prior administration experience
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of shipping methods including road, sea and air and the shipping terms used for both local and export regions
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- High degree of accuracy and analytical skills essential
- Effective planning & organizing skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/duties
