About the Company

A temporary role has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with a progressive market leader in manufacturing, repair and maintenance of transport refrigeration.

With a track record of growth spanning 20 years and sites across Qld, NSW, Victoria and WA, you will enjoy working from a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility in Darra with on-site car parking and ongoing training and development opportunities.

About the Role

This is a professional business that provides a range of equipment, maintenance and parts solutions to their clients in metro and regional locations across Australia. As part of the customer service team in the Head Office, this role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, including:

  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing customer assistance and processing orders/booking jobs.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborating with sales team to support sales initiatives.

  • Updating internal systems with customer and sales data.

  • Transferring data (collected from job cards, parts records, labour time sheets) to the computer system.

  • Receiving and processing customer payments.

  • Associated administration duties.

This role will suit a confident communicator with a team player approach and ability to work in a fast-paced customer service focussed environment. We are seeking the following experience:

  • Previous experience in an aligned role (customer service/internal sales/sales support)

  • Communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and foster strong relationships with customers

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail

  • Well-developed time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and organise your workload to meet deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Previous experience using CRM software and competence with MS Excel and MS Outlook, together with confidence learning new computer systems (experience using Navision advantageous but not essential)

  • Availability to work Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:36pm), commencing asap

This is a temporary assignment to commence (approx 3 months initially), however, this role potentially will be appointed permanently in the future (presenting a great opportunity to get your foot in the door to a highly respected and reputable business operating Australia-wide).
