**The Role**

We have an opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to join our small dynamic Sales Team. You will play a critical role in servicing existing key accounts. Generate & develop new account prospects generated through both outbound call lists and marketing leads.

- Initial customer facing
- Answering phone calls
- General Customer enquiries
- Servicing walk in counter sales
- Inbox maintenance
- Entering and managing in-bound leads in our CRM system, Salesforce (training will be provided)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to process orders
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline
- Progress new lead opportunities
- Process orders and quotations
- Conducting warm sales calls
- Service existing accounts and drive sales opportunities
- Ensure all records/documents are maintained within the CRM
- Work with customers to provide appropriate solutions and products that exceed customer expectations
- Support Key Account manager - process orders

**You will enjoy this role if you**:

- You must hold, or be willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Can bring energy and passion to the team
- Have an appetite to learn and develop
- Have great attention to detail and take pride in your own work
- Are resourceful and ability to problem solve; proactive and friendly approach to your role
- Have an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Advantageous but not essential**:

- Experience in either sales or related industry roles is advantageous but not essential
- Parts interpreter experience highly desirable
