**The Client**
Our client is a National industry leader with offices based around the country in Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide. With their Queensland head office based in Darra, the team service some of Australia’s top residential builders with their unique and innovative products. This specialist team is passionate about the renewable and solar industry and are dedicated to delivering high quality products and services to their clients.

**The Opportunity**
Due to their continued growth they are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their growing team. The team have a strong track record of delivering renewable and solar projects to Australia's top residential builders. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Officer is an integral part of the team, responsible for assisting customers with product queries and building relationships.

**Duties**
- Assisting customers with product queries, sales support and general enquiries
- Understanding customer needs and up-skilling where applicable
- Focussing on building relationships with the companies existing client base
- Data entry and uploading information into company portals
- Supporting the sales team with associated duties

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous working experience in a sales/customer service environment
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with clients, management and technicians
- Excellent organisation, time management and planning
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
