About the role
Our Customer Service Officer role focuses on providing comprehensive internal sales and high-level customer service support to internal and external customers for the PGH Bricks & Monier Roofing products across QLD.
This position will be full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm + once every 5th Saturday, 8am - 1pm to commence ASAP.
Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding product availability, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
- Process quotes and orders into SAP ensuring details are correct and accurate.
- Process returns and investigate credits and action as appropriate.
- Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager on stock availability, stock quality and service issues.
- Seek to respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
What you bring to the role
- Previous experience within a Customer Service position
- Process orientated and is driven to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and to external customers
- Proficient IT skills
- SAP experience - not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising).
