There is a lot of behind the scenes work that goes into the sales process to make sure it is a great experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. As a **Commercial Services Officer**, you would play an important role in our Bulk & Packaged Products businesses. The overarching focus of your work will be to assist internal stakeholders with account enquiries & support the sales teams to ensure they deliver on their commitments.

We need someone who can keep all that behind the scenes work happening. This could be following up quote acceptances, administering pricing, monthly reconciliations and internal sales queries. It’s the kind of role that has a bit of everything in admin and customer service. This means there is little chance of you getting bored and you are almost guaranteed to learn something new. With a social team around you to support your growth, this could be the next career move you are looking for.

**About the role**:
As a **Commercial Services Officer** you will:

- Manage and administer pricing, rebates and customer claims
- Review and process incoming customer quote requests
- Investigate and resolve queries and discrepancies for pricing, delivery etc
- Complete end of month processes, ensuring all invoices are accurate and on time
- Maintain customer master data
- Take an active role in process improvement projects (we have some exciting projects in the pipeline)
- Provide back-up support to the rest of the team

**About you**:

- You have experience in commercial, sales administration or general office support
- Your systems experience ideally includes Excel, SAP and Salesforce
- You are a great communicator who builds rapport easily with others
- You have an energetic “hands on” approach with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
- You enjoy learning and are willing to tackle whatever comes your way
- You are able to contribute positively to team and overall culture
- Office based in Darra, 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
