**The Role**
- Full time role. Working Monday to Friday. Take weekends and public holidays off
- Provide friendly, timely and efficient service to customers. This includes participating in all aspects of service - coffee making, food service, customer service etc.
- Plan, monitor, and support day-to-day delivery success for your team and the site.
- Maintain OH&S, food safety, and building safety standards throughout operations
- Provide on-the-job guidance and training to your team as required.
- Work with the broader Co-Ground team to develop our business, impact and team.
- Work with a small team in a structured and predictable environment. The cafe is not open to the public, just building tenants, so everyone is a regular
- This site involves some basic food prep (think making sandwiches etc) but no cooking.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience leading a small team in a hospitality setting
- At least 1 year experience behind a coffee machine.
- Food handling experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members and other key people.
- Possess, or qualify for, a Working With Children Check.
- Great communication skills
- Full working rights for Australia. Unfortunately **we can't consider** Working Holiday makers or Student Visa holders with 48 hour/fortnight limitations.
- Experience working with suppliers. Ordering, negotiating, correspondence etc.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Overtime
