Cafe KŌBI is on the lookout for a Cafe Manager
Our brand new shop will be opening in spring of this year and we are looking for experienced people to join our team.
Cafe KŌBI requires an experienced cafe manager, operating 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday), early morning start (5AM). A passion for hospitality, wholesome food and coffee, homemade pastries and sweets and impeccable customer service always, are essential.
The successful applicant will have experience in coffee making (inc. alternative brewing methods), latte art, keeping a tidy workstation, keeping up in a fast paced environment, ability to meet targets (weekly ordering, end of day cash off, managing a small team, rostering, staff training). You must be able to create a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for both customers and staff, including the ability to handle and resolve conflict and issues in a pragmatic and timely manner. You must also have demonstrable experience in setting up systems and procedures for smooth operation of a cafe, therefore a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $75,000 plus superannuation.
