**The Role**:
As a store Manager you will be reporting directly to the store owner, your duties will include
- Ensuring smooth operations of the day-to-day operations
- Recruiting, Managing and supervising staff
- Creating staff rosters
- Ensuring compliance of all health regulations
- Handling customers enquiries and complaints
- Problem solving
- Engaging with your team and customers alike
- Liasing with the Chef and ensure food goes out in a timely at the highest quality.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Prior Manager or supervisory experience of a fast paced cafe
- Excellent coffee skills ( 3 ) years min
- Coffee Calibration experience
- People’s person with a positive can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers

**What's on Offer**:
The store operates between shopping centre hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $52,660.75 - $78,333.01 per year

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
