**About the role**

**Maintain, managing the cafe to provide excellent experience for customers**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

**Requirements and skills**
- Discussing and organising coming up events/functions with head chef and team.
- Upholding a secure work environment for both staff and customers by adhering to

health and safety protocols.
- Providing training and supervision for new staff, offering continuous feedback, and

fostering the development of all team members.
- Leading the achievement of daily and weekly objectives with the restaurant team.
- Supervising day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction with

both the food and service. Collaborating with the chef to plan upcoming menus and

ensuring clients are content with the overall dining experience.
- Managing bookings, greeting patrons, and assisting with orders, including food

delivery when necessary.
- Approving invoices and finalizing stock credits in accordance with established

procedures.
- Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with relevant procedures and job

descriptions for the position.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
