**Multi-Café Manager **for their Craigieburn and Broadmeadows Central venues or as a
**Cafe Manager** for their Westfield Northland venue.
- Our client is flexible as they want the best of the best in their business, so they don’t have a cookie-cutter approach to recruiting these roles._

You tell us what works for you, and as long as you have the right level of experience and feel excited about engaging with your team and achieving consistent results, you’ll be remunerated accordingly with industry leading salaries. These roles are full-time (5-day roster over 7-day trade).

**The Role**:
In either of these positions, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue, managing a team of passionate baristas and servers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

More specifically, the responsibilities are varied as the following:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Managing and leading a team of staff, including hiring, training, and rostering
- Ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Implementing new menu items and promotions as directed by the head-office
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing the financial performance of the cafe, including monitoring costs and revenues and making adjustments as needed
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Managing the marketing and promotional activities of the cafe to increase brand awareness and drive sales

**You**:

- Proven experience as a cafe or restaurant manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage finances and control costs
- Passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have full working rights in Australia
