Currently, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Education Counsellor to join our expanding team at the Adelaide office and contribute to our continued journey of growth.

**Purpose of this position**:

- Meet and exceed the given targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and act as necessary to ensure PFEC Global remains an industry leader.
- Provide an exceptional level of service to prospective clients.
- Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- Proactively convert inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates.
- Proactively identify barriers to sale and work with your team to increase conversions.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

**Client Service Excellence**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups
- Develop strong client-centric relationships and demonstrate how we can meet their expectations.
- Set and achieve expectations with clients according to PFEC guidelines.

**Client Sales, & Sales Targets**:

- Inform prospective clients about our services.
- Be an advocate for the client, understand any potential obstacles to the sale, and work to remove them.
- Maintain ongoing relationships and regularly follow up with all existing and potential clients proactively.
- Keep up-to-date with knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
- Provide marketing insights to the marketing team and support them in producing error-free content.

**Data Management & Compliance**:

- Create and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Comply with all company procedures and policies.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Report any potential compliance issues promptly.

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor is a must.

Must have valid Visa status and work authorization for full-time job.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- 8 hours shift
- Work from office.

**Remuneration**:

- Salary above market standard with exclusive commission

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
