We’re currently seeking a motivated and client-focused **Education Counsellor** to join our growing Melbourne team and play a key role in our continued success.
**Position Purpose**:
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and use insights to support AEC Global’s leadership in the sector.
- Deliver top-quality client service and guide them through our service offerings.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend the best solutions, aiming for high satisfaction and strong results.
- Proactively turn inquiries into successful conversions.
- Work with your team to address challenges and improve performance.
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
**Client Service Responsibilities**:
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
- Manage client expectations in line with company guidelines.
- Provide personalised support and help clients achieve their goals.
**Sales Responsibilities**:
- Promote AEC Global’s services to prospective clients.
- Understand client concerns and work to resolve any obstacles to the sale.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up.
- Stay informed about education providers, course options, scholarships, and entry requirements.
- Share feedback with the marketing team and support the creation of accurate, effective promotional materials.
- Inform the team leader of at-risk leads to minimise missed opportunities.
**Data Management & Compliance**:
- Accurately maintain client records using our CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance requirements.
- Keep client data secure and confidential.
- Report any potential compliance concerns promptly.
**Requirements**:
- At least **1 year of experience** as an Education Counsellor.
- Must have **full-time work rights** in Australia.
**Job Type**:
- Full-time (8-hour shift)
- Office-based role
**Remuneration**:
- Attractive salary **above market rates**, with **exclusive commission incentives**.
