We are looking for motivated and experienced Admissions Officers and Education Counsellors to join our vibrant Melbourne-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with diverse, multilingual backgrounds to support students and forge partnerships with leading educational institutions globally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Admissions Officer**_
- Prepare and review Statements of Purpose for CRICOS institutions in line with compliance requirements.
- Analyse and resolve complex student cases, such as visa refusals or academic transitions, by providing tailored guidance and support.
- Perform general administrative duties, including responding to inquiries, managing correspondence, and file organization.
- **Education Counsellor**_
- Provide tailored education counselling to students, helping them choose suitable courses, universities, and countries.
- Offer specialized guidance for students facing unique circumstances, such as change of course, academic progression issues, or financial constraints.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, colleges, and education providers globally.
- Actively identify opportunities for new tie-ups with education providers and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent the company at seminars, webinars, and meetings with education providers to expand the network and strengthen collaborations.
- Stay informed about international education trends, visa policy updates, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all client cases are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in:

- Education visa counselling, student recruitment, or building institutional partnerships. No Negotiating and managing institutional tie-ups to enhance opportunities for students.
- Resolving complex student cases, including visa refusals, academic re-enrolments, or compliance issues.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven knowledge of international education systems, visa pathways, and Australian visa regulations.
- Analytical skills to assess student profiles and recommend optimal solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in education consultancy, student case management, or student recruitment.
- OMARA Registration is an advantage.
