We are a family owned panel beating business. We are a very close team that do private and insurance panel beating and spray painting on vehicles. We pride ourselves on great customer service and producing a high quality standard of work in every aspect of the business. Our Office Manager is going on maternity leave, so we are looking for someone to join our team on a 6 month contract, with a view to possible permanent-part time.

Job Role Includes:

- Customer Liaison
- Answering phone calls
- Making & managing customer bookings
- Interacting with insurance companies & Assessors
- chasing payments, sending quotes, sending invoices etc.
- Ordering, managing & returning vehicle parts
- Scanning, managing & creating invoices
- Handling money
- Quoting vehicles for repairs
- Photographing & check-in vehicles
- Use Ibodyshop, Partscheck, Excel, Estimage, Arnie & OneDrive

**Requirements**:

- Administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Highly organised
- Punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving Licence
- Understanding in Excel & basic computer skills

Industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

We will offer onsite training in the job role, including the systems that we use. The job will include a 38 hour working week. We are open 7:30am-5pm Monday
- Friday (hours can be discussed at interview stage. Prefer 8am
- 4pm).

We are looking for someone to join our team ASAP so we can do the necessary training before maternity leave starts early next year. A 3 day paid trial is mandatory for any applicant that gets accepted past interview stage. Please send through resumes.
