Fishtian is a wholesale, breeding and quarantine facility located in Sydney. We deal with freshwater ornamental aquarium fish.

We are searching for full-time and part time enthusiasts to join our team as office and accounts administrators.

There is an opportunity for a job sharing position with flexible hours.

Thorough training and induction (including health and safety) will be provided.

Duties involve:
General office administration tasks

Data entry including invoicing, inventory updates

Using a variety of software packages including excel, numbers, Microsoft word

Preparing paperwork required for packing of fish and items to be delivered

Arranging couriers

Ordering supplies

Attending to enquiries and taking orders

Customer service

Assist and submit in the preparation of scheduled reports

Maintain filing systems

Generate reports

Other general duties discussed upon interview

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an administrative environment preferred

Time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask

Be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks

Willing to learn software

Teamwork, ethics, duty of care

Other requirements discussed upon interview

The successful applicant will also be given opportunity for basic training and knowledge about the goods and services in our company. Basic aquarium knowledge and training will be conducted as this is important for our relationships with our suppliers, customers and clients.
