**Job summary**
The Growth Team Administrator sits at the heart of the team, reporting to the Executive Assistant and is involved in supporting the team with general project administration across bids and ensuring the efficient running of the office and maintaining effective administrative systems across the team.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- General office management such as ordering stationary, kitchen replenishments
- Assisting the Executive Assistant with onboarding new staff
- Providing project administration support to bid leads
- Prioritise and manage conflicting schedules
- Manage and support Head of Contracts across tender resources project tool - Runn Planner
- Ability to implement continuous improvement processes
- Finances
- managing invoices/POs
- Providing support to Executive Assistant as required
