Qualifications & experience
- Prior experience in the construction industry will be well-regarded
- Experience working on major infrastructure Projects well-regarded
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong all-round administration, organisation, and customer service skills
- Well-presented, high attention to detail & excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required for this Project Administrator role.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working closely with the design and procurement teams
- Process and coordinate design documentation
- Respond to client inquiries - provide admin support
- Maintain client compliance portals, site-based personnel details, licenses, and induction requirements.
- Prepare project documentation including but not limited to tender take-offs, site folders, and completion manuals.
