Qualifications & experience

  • Prior experience in the construction industry will be well-regarded
  • Experience working on major infrastructure Projects well-regarded
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Strong all-round administration, organisation, and customer service skills
  • Well-presented, high attention to detail & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required for this Project Administrator role.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Working closely with the design and procurement teams
  • Process and coordinate design documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries - provide admin support
  • Maintain client compliance portals, site-based personnel details, licenses, and induction requirements.
  • Prepare project documentation including but not limited to tender take-offs, site folders, and completion manuals.
