**Bookkeeper - Join Our Team at EXC Law**

EXC Law is a dynamic and growing legal practice committed to delivering excellence in legal services. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Bookkeeper** to join our team and support our financial operations.

**About the Role**:
As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Manage payroll and employee entitlements
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in **both English and Mandarin**:

- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and trustworthy attitude

**Qualifications**:
A certificate or diploma in bookkeeping/accounting or equivalent experience is preferred.

Pay: $50,962.05 - $87,183.95 per year
