We are a well-established Chinese law firm specializing in Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Law, Immigration Law and Property Law. We are committed to delivering exceptional legal services with integrity and professionalism to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a reliable Bookkeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable;
- Reconcile bank statements and trust accounts;
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting;
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors; and
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a legal or professional services environment;
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in mandarin;
- Proficiency in accounting and legal software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, LEAP, QuickBooks);
- Strong understanding of trust accounting and legal billing practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping
