We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to develop and manage build programs for residential projects.
The Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage build programs for project homes.
- Monitor progress across multiple sites and update stakeholders accordingly.
- Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in residential construction scheduling.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Databuild and Client Manager.
- A proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.
