Administration Assistant

Utilising your existing administration skills, you will contribute to ensuring organisational records are managed in accordance with internal procedures and quality assurance standards, while providing excellent customer service. Among other duties you will be responsible for processing, scanning and registering the City’s corporate records both electronic and hard copy; processing mail, scanning, filing, archiving and completing registers.

If you possess the following attributes, we’d love to hear from you:
- Well-developed data processing and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast passed environment
- Excellent organisation / time management skills
- Previous experience working in a records management environment and using an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) is desirable
- Previous experience working within an office administration role.
**Salary**: $60,023 - $64,858 per annum depending on relevant experience and skills.
