With continued growth and a strong reputation in the market, we're now looking for an organised and personable Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our operations team.

About the Role

This is a temporary position with a view to permanency for the right candidate.

You'll work closely with our Office Manager and Administration Assistant, providing customer service and administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

We're flexible – whether it's school hours, shorter days across the week, or full-time hours.

What you'll be doing


• Answering calls and emails with urgency and professionalism


• Booking and coordinating jobs, inspections and staff schedules


• Entering and maintaining accurate records in Fergus, including schedules, job notes and customer details


• Supporting the Office Manager and Admin Assistant with daily tasks to ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes


• Liaising with customers, builders and real estate agents

What we're looking for


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy – you take pride in getting things right


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• An ability to build strong relationships and provide a consistently high standard of customer service


• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves


• Confidence managing scheduling and competing priorities


• Great organisational skills – you keep things running smoothly even when it's busy


• Experience using Fergus or similar job management software is a bonus - but not essential
