Premier People are assisting one of their Transport and Logistics clients with their need for an Administrator_. _Reporting to the General Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the accurate data entry and administration, ensuring orders are processed and delivered within set timeframes.

**About the Role**

You will be part of a supportive team that all work towards the same goal of providing effective solutions for the delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and managing appropriate documentation
- Processing & Entering dispatch orders accurately
- Ensuring ordered are processed within allocated timeframes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all information is recorded
- Liaise with the Workshop and Office Management to ensure products are ready to dispatch
- Converse with customers to provide estimated time of arrival & unforeseen delays in a timely manner

**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an Administration Position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Strong communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics Industry is a strong advantage
