**Your new company**

This federal government agency supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. The priority is to ensure people with disability continue to get the support they need. The changes that are required to existing disability support systems are significant.

**Your new role**
- Gathering and developing structured insights and recommendations for change design and implementation of projects.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating project and change management requirements in accordance with the Project Delivery Framework and Change Management Framework.
- Creating materials for senior internal and external stakeholders, including the Minister, Board and Executive Leadership Team to communicate perspectives, recommendations and implications for the Agency.
- Identifying, assessing and reporting change risks or issues.
- Developing action plans and ensuring stakeholder alignment to enable successful implementation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2-6 years’ experience in transformation, design, change management and project management
- Change and/or Project Management qualifications
- Demonstrated success in building momentum for and delivery of change activity
- Experience working with stakeholders and leaders at all levels of the organisation
