**_Monash _**_Health is excited to announce multiple new Design & Implementation Facilitator positions_**_, Mental Health Design within the Design and Implementation Team of the Mental Health Program._**
- Play a key role in the supporting the rolling out of the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System at Monash Health, as well as a number of other projects relevant to mental health.

More than 1500 of us work at over 40 care locations across south-east Melbourne, providing exceptional mental health care in hospital, community and residential rehabilitation.

**About The Role**

We are excited to announce the multiple new positions of **Design & Implementation Facilitator, Mental Health Design**, sitting within the newly created Design and Implementation Team. These positions will support the delivery of the Design and Implementation Team work plan and contribute to the overall portfolio of the Mental Health Program (MHP).

- Data (coding, collection, reporting, analysis)
- Engagement (communications, marketing)
- Design

You will have demonstrated skills and expertise in one or more of the change dimensions (above). You will have experience in one or many of the following: process improvement and redesign, delivering small-medium scale complex projects, leadership, project management, change management and stakeholder engagement skills. You have been developing your management and leadership skills and you are ready to take this next step in your career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all patients. **What you need**

Relevant qualifications:

- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification or equivalent professional/business experience
- Training, experience or certification in process redesign and/or improvement science is desirable
- Project management and/or change management training, experience and/or certification is desirable
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

Demonstrated experience:

- Demonstrable experience, knowledge and skills in process improvement and redesign, project and change management in a complex organisation (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead end-to-end communications for change initiatives within a large, complex, and multifaceted organisation.

Include any other mandatory/required skills or licences:

- Current and satisfactory Police Check (must also comply with Aged Care Act 1997 Accountability Amendment Principles 2012 if working in Aged Care setting)
- Current and satisfactory Working with Children Check.
- Applicants who are new to Monash Health will be required to enter into an Employment Agreement before commencement
