Change Implementation Manager

Our client AGL are seeking an experienced Change Implementation Manager to join them on a contract role based in Melbourne CBD. The incumbent will display behaviours which reflect and actively demonstrate alignment to the AGL Values of: Bring on tomorrow, Can do. Will do and Be safe. Be Supportive.
**Key purpose of this role**
An opportunity exists within the Future Fit and Enablement group to join a team of experienced program change managers to define what this journey looks like for our people and develop the culture and capability we need to realise our vision. As part of the program’s working methods, you’ll be enabled and empowered to establish relationships with key business stakeholders to fast-track change activities and outcomes using Prosci ADKAR change management methodology
**As a change implementation manager, you’ll be accountable for**:
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to enable collaboration to align customer, employee and business outcomes
- Leading change facilitation and developing change plans clearly describing the transformations, their impacts, and the best change management activities to facilitate adoption.
- Assessing change readiness and continuously improving change management approaches.
- Coordinating with program-wide change efforts to ensure synergy and alignment in change management and implementation strategies.
- Developing stakeholder analyses, engagement plans and materials, impact assessments, and training strategies.
- Supporting ongoing adoption and effective sustainability of changes through hyper-care support strategies and go-live support mechanisms.
- Tracking key transition activities to completion, including early engagement and enablement of super users.
- Addressing risks, issues, and opportunities by building them into change planning and output.
**Qualifications, key skills and experience required**
- Experience working in a large, complex corporate environment.
- Highly developed initiative and ability to drive own direction.
- Tertiary qualification in communications, change management or a business-related field.
- Experience developing and implementing internal change and communications strategies, plans, resources and activities for a diverse audience using a range of recognised change models and methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile and hybrid program and change approaches an advantage.
- Experience with human-centred design methodology, tools and techniques.
- Experience with common enterprise communication and engagement tools, including MS Teams, SharePoint, CMSs and LMSs.
