**The Role**:
Working in an Accounts team, this role will see you specifically working on the Directors developments. The responsibilities will include:

- Maintain financial records including preparation of profit & loss accounts, Balance sheets, and general ledger accounts
- Accounts Receivable - preparation & issue of Sales Invoice to Vendor, Marketing costs reimbursement, etc as per the agreement and its coding & accounting
- Accounts Payable - accounting of supplier’s bills, reimbursement bills, seeking relevant internal approvals, etc
- Assist in coding supplier bills (includes GL Code, Job Code, and Group Code)
- Assist with Insurance and its renewals, proper accounting of premiums and instalments
- Preparing monthly / quarterly BAS returns (GST/Margin tax Reconciliation) and other statutory items including ATO payments
- Assist with Half yearly, Year-end P&L’s, audit of financial statements and preparation of schedules as required
- Reconciliations - including General Ledger Reconciliation, monthly periodical balance sheet

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position (within a fast-paced environment)
- CPA/CA/ACCA level qualifications
- Experience working with Xero (or similar accounting software) will be highly regarded
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
