This is a fantastic opportunity for a Jnr Accounts Assistant to join a growing organisation in the Cosmetics Manufacturing space based in North Sydney. The working days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The Accounts Assistant supports the team with business accounting activities. This includes accounts payable, reconciling credit card transactions, assisting month end functions and providing back-up to other team members to enable the efficient running of the team.

**The day to day**:

- Carry out accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assist with month end functions as required.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements in the team.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and accuracy in all tasks.
- Identify and escalate any errors or anomalies that may be identified.
- Other related tasks and duties as required.
- A relevant tertiary qualification, or progress toward (desirable).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office, particularly Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
