**The Opportunity**:
DECJUBA is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing (12 Month Secondment). This role is an amazing opportunity to join one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading fashion retailers. Reporting directly to the General Manager | Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and innovative direction of the brand by delivering an elevated & differentiated brand strategy for DECJUBA, D-LUXE BASICS and DECJUBA GIRLS.

The Head of Brand Marketing will join the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE department which encompasses Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, CRM and eCommerce, and exists to manage the entire customer journey with DECJUBA - including all customer communication touch points online and offline.

As the Head of Brand Marketing your role makes a significant contribution to achieving our brand objective to build an AMAZING multi-channel customer experience that enables customers to engage and shop with us, wherever, whenever, and however they want, and to drive brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver the brand strategy, including development of new ranges & brand initiatives, inputs to yearly & seasonal Customer Experience strategy
- Embed brand DNA across DECJUBA, D-LUXE BASICS and DECJUBA GIRLS
- Protect brand tone of voice & ensure on-brand copy across all customer touchpoints
- Inputs to CX calendar
- Own Go-To-Market process & key milestone meetings
- Create monthly campaign briefs with clear deliverables across all channels
- Oversee development & delivery of omnichannel product stories
- Oversee retail marketing - local area marketing, Centre marketing, and store openings
- Oversee all internal & external communication - customers, team (HO & retail), corporate
- Delivery of brand storytelling & content plans including but not limited to: DECJUBA Foundation, sustainability strategy, fashion authority
- Create and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams & external stakeholders
- Audit process & drive continuous improvement

**About You**:

- 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing with demonstrated success leading a marketing team
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
- Exceptional understanding of brand & strong interest in fashion marketing
- Commercially focused & process-driven - identifies opportunities & creates efficiencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects, deadlines & stakeholders
- Knowledge of marketing best practice & trends to drive ideation & innovation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach - must be agile and adapt to change
- Strong relationship building & communication skills
- Collaborative style, can confidently manage key stakeholder and liaise across all functions & levels of business
