**Description**:
As Business Service Delivery Team Leader, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes.

Ensuring that day-to-day tasks such as inbox management, provisioning queue management, and call queue management; are being performed in an accurate and timely manner.
Assisting the Business Service Delivery Manager where required to ensure team KPI’s are being met.
Leading, coaching, developing, and guiding the team to achieve in all performance areas.
Motivating, coaching, and developing the team to provide superior customer service.
Managing the team to maintain customer satisfaction and revenue by delivering timely and quality resolutions of customer inquiries.
Providing on-the-job training to Business Service Delivery Officers.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The things that are really (really) important

**Strong understanding of business services such as**:
Broadband services
NBN access technology (NEBS & Enterprise Ethernet)
Customer Premises Equipment
Fixed and hosted voice technologies
Fibre
Wireless
VoIP
Line Number Porting
- At least three years’ proven experience in a team leader/management position
- Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

**Demonstrated ability to**:
Solve problems and think like a leader
Work independently and as part of a team
Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

**Mange people including**:
Listening to team members’ feedback
Resolving issues or conflicts as they arise
Answering questions
Assisting with problem resolution

Understand enterprise core-network services such as Software-Defined WANs, Data Centre Cross-Connects, hosted firewalls and Multi-Protocol Layer Switching
