**About the role**

Our client is a true market leader in their space and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Scoresby.

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and foster a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to identify areas for improvement
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required
