''Small Team'' Leaders Wanted – Dandenong, VIC $34.48 per hour | Day Shift | Seasonal Role (Oct/Nov Start – Feb/March Finish)

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Team Leaders to join our large-scale distribution operation in Dandenong, VIC. You'll be leading a small, tight-knit team of two and helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork throughout our busy seasonal period.

About the Role As part of a fast-paced and safety-conscious warehouse environment, you'll oversee a small pick/pack team, ensuring processes are followed correctly and daily targets are achieved. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining strong communication between your team and site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate a small team of two warehouse staff.
  • Ensure correct pick packing processes are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Support day-to-day operations and help drive team performance during peak demand.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehousing experience (leadership or senior operator level preferred).
  • Solid understanding of warehouse safety and workflow processes.
  • Confident communicator and natural team player.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example.
  • High reach experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Role Details

  • Pay Rate: $34.48 per hour
  • Shift: Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (depending on workload)
  • Days: 5–6 days per week (based on workload)
  • Location: Dandenong, VIC
  • Start: Late October / Early November
  • Finish: February / March 2026
  • Holidays: Only site closure over Christmas & New Year public holidays
  • Type: Temporary Seasonal Contract
