In direct response to this market, we are are excited to support a new product line that is unique to this site, and to Australia, and as a result the creation of the roles of **Technical Operator **and **Team Leader for Day, Afternoon and Night Shift.**

Reporting to the Shift Leader, the successful incumbent will oversee the efficient management of all preparation, packing and cooking operations of the line and management, rostering and training of associated labour.

The key responsibilities of the role will be aligned with the following areas:

- Quality
- People and Organisation
- Performance Management and Leadership
- Continuous improvement

We are seeking an exceptional food production professional who matches the enthusiasm and passion of this company and their commitment to ensuring this line is highly successful and efficient.

To be considered for this role you must have:

- At least 2 years experience in food manufacturing, operating machinery and equipment
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Proven knowledge of food safety and quality management
